Our educational seminars are the perfect entry point into the world of powerlifting. We understand that specialized gyms can feel intimidating, which is why we created these small group seminars where you can learn the basics and more in a strong and safe environment with zero judgment.
Powerlifting Seminar
This powerlifting seminar is for beginners and intermediates that want to improve their squat, bench press, and deadlift technique. We will take a look at your technique and go over cues and exercises to improve your technique in a group setting. Please arrive 15 minutes early and wear comfortable exercise clothing and shoes.
